Where we’re from.
Based in Steinbach, Manitoba, our company was originally born as Summit Organizational Development. For many years, our solutions have helped business owners equip their teams to be more productive, leading to stronger business results.
This aligns with Golden West’s core value of serving communities by helping local businesses grow. That’s why Golden West welcomed Summit into its suite of business solutions in 2021.
And so, Summit was reborn as Homefield People & Strategy.
